Tulsa native Mindy Greyson grew up in a conservative Christian community. She followed a traditional path while a lot of her favorite people found their artistic voices. When her father brought the family together to make art, she decided to give it a go. The result has been an exploration into her deepest desires and strength. The feminist themes in her work come from her evolution of being a stay at home mom for 20 years and then finding herself.
